If something doesn’t work

If a file does not open or work as described, message us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund you in full.

Change of mind

Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

EU and UK customers

By purchasing you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access or download has begun. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
